Vs ss not starting after engine wash

like an idiot I must've stuffed something but not sure what...
Have spark at at least one cylinder and strong coil spark.
Car turns over but not firing damn it!
I'm thinking injectors not working maybe?

Possible that you've damaged the ignition module.

Have you tried putting the whole car in rice?

Ok so car started first pop this morning, went for a quick spin around the block, parked it, tried giving it a couple revs and it choked out n died.... now won't start again

Left it for a while with battery disconnected and it started again, I revved it etc by hand under hood no worries but when I used the pedal it died after coughing n spluttering

Clearly water has gotten in somewhere. Unplug each sensor and look for moisture. Get a can of contact cleaner and clean out anything suspect.

The ignition module is located on the passenger side guard. finned steel box with 2 cables/plugs coming out of it.

Do a fault code test and see if that shows up anything.

The only time it happened to me was when I used a pressure washer to clean the engine of my 383 Calais. Wouldn't start afterwards. Changed the coil and it was fine. Given that your car does start and run, I'd just let it idle until it gets up to full temperature and see if that gets rid of any moisture within the connectors.
