Hmmm I think I will disagree with you on that point. At Norwell Race track a couple of weeks ago the closest WRX was about 2 seconds a lap slower than my relatively slow L67. Below are the results from that track day. Times don't lie.

At the end of the day it all comes down to a couple of things, where you are racing, drags, track, hill climbs, rally. What has been done to the cars and who is behind the wheel of the cars.

The only way you will ever know is to go to a track and race both cars and see what the results are.

ive owned a 13sec RS Legacy (Liberty in aus) which could go around corners faster than i had the balls, but i think theirs an age limit for driving around in performance cars, i think its about 28.. Now ive got a soggy ol V8 Heffer which starts everyday sounds nice, drives nice, NEVER have to pop the bonnet, Scoobs are so temperamentle and lets be honest, unless your a teenager cars DONT pick up chicks, its the DRIVER that does, We just wish they did but they dont. LOL 99% of chicks cant stand petrol heads .

hey all wasnt sure where to post this so chucked it in here lol, my brother is tryin to tell me that when he gets his shitty little liberty STI it will beat my VS ute supercharged just wonderin if anyone has some sort of statistics on both cars

haha alright then ill change it to WHO WOULD DO THE BEST BURNOUTS, lol i knew his librety would win just seeings if i had a slight chance, and his librety couldnt pick bitchez up if it shot money out of the exhaust, and im not supercharged at the moment nor is he turbod was just trying to find some statistics for both vehicles cheers guys

Umm Why did you say your car was supercharged? and if your brother is getting an STI how can it not be turbo'd?
Also we can't give you specs on your car if your putting a supercharger on it, as there is many different combinations out there.

Your "relatively slow L67" has quite alot of work done to it. Far from stock, which is what i think oldmate is refering too.

Your car is making 449rwhp that has to be one of/if not Australia's most powerful L67 (still using the Eaton M90 blower). I think Frogsta was referring to the L67 when it's stock.

Totally understand where you guys are coming from, but I was not comparing stock VS stock. The list shows that 99% of the cars were modified and it also shows their respective power out puts. Many of the cars would be classed as modern.

In saying that, put some decent rubber on some of those cars and a driver in the car that knows how to get the most out of it and I will guarantee that I would of been shunted down the list quite a few places.

As I said earlier the only true way to find out who is quicker is to actually go race the cars with the respective drivers at the wheel.
