vs v6 change insulators front stabilizer bar

vs v6 I want to change outer insulators both sides front stabilizer bar.Whats the best way to do it? ,whats 'raise vehicle to curb load position' mean? cheers

Curb load position is normal ride height.
Best way is on ramps, or jack it up and place stands under the lower control arms, or place safe supports under the wheels so you can lower the car back down to curb load position.

In other words, if you jack the car up as you normally would say behind the front wheel by the body to change a wheel, you won't be able to 'easily' do the repair to the sway bar, thus requiring 'curb height' so the sway bar has minimal load on it.
