VT Ecotec stuttering under load

Hey all, My sister has a VT Ecotec auto that stutters under load, anybody had this issue? I have replaced the camshaft position sensor and the o2 a while ago. The car runs fine when you give it a boot full, but when just cruising at 100 and you hit a hill and the car starts loading up it loses power and stutters before kicking down.

Normally its a faulty spark plug lead.

Or the coil is breaking down under load.

Don't ignore the possibility of a DFI module.I reckon plugs and/or leads may be most likely but my Vt has done a lot of k's (470,000) but I,ve replaced a couple of coil packs in that time.

Check your spark plugs first, if they are excessively black check the 02 sensor plug

Was Crank Angle Sensor and two Coil Packs.
