vt ss sluggish

my car has been pretty sluggish lately when taking off and when changing gears, and then launches at around 2500 rpm. just wondering what it may be as the engine light has been coming on lately too intermittently

get your mechanic to plug there computer up to it, that will tell you why the engine light comes on happend in my ss turned out the oil pressure sensor was cactus the cant help you with she sluggish problem.

sounds like an emissions problem, with it leaking somewhere? flat spotting anywhere else in the rpm range?

Could be O2 sensors, best bet is to get the codes checked.
