Hey

I have a squek in my vy exec when at low speed, it gets louder as you get slower, the squek is slowly getting worse.
Anyone have any idea of what it is??

Thanks

Sounds like rear brakes to me. Mine are doing the same... Gonna replace the disks and pads and should go away

VY Series 2 25th Anniversary in Phantom Mica
It might be the handbrake shoes rubbing. Early VY's can do this and there was a mod added sometime during 2004 to the VY that added a bracket and spring to keep the shoe in the right place. You can buy this as a kit from Holden and it has instructions on how to drill the hole neede din the hand brake shoes assuming they have never been replaced as the replacement ones have the hole.
