VY Headlight L/H High Beams.

My lights all work as they should. Bulbs are all ok.

I have no High Beam on the left side.

The High Flash works (to a point) with the low beams remaining on but only the Right side coming on high flash.
ie. No left side High flash.

Similarly when selecting high from the low position, the right works correctly.
On the left side, the low filament (H4) drops out but neither the H4 or H1 bulbs light.

It seems to be a ground issue in the circuit from the headlight back up to the High Beam relay.

I don't have a diagram.

Can anyone help with some info ? The colour for that wire and the position of the connectors.
Perhaps something I may have missed.

Did the fuse, relay thing and then did some probing with the multimeter.

Ended up biting the bullet and removing the light assy.

The green wire is the high beam switched ground on the VY.
I bought this car and just noticed the light issue.

The male spade terminal (green wire) has gone. The rest badly corroded.

Explains my symptoms and problem.

Does anyone know how to remove that socket from the headlight unit ?
