VY or VZ SS UTE?

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I can't see any reference to it when I searched. Anyhow I am just about to begin a search for a manual SS ute. There can be quite a difference in price between VY and VZ. Why should I pay more for a VZ? What's this ute got compared to the VY? Thanks in anticipation.

newer
in theory should have less k's
should still be under new car warrenty only early 04 model would have run out.
more power
later vz's are a 6 litre
guard flutes
better looking (IMO)
leather as standard(some else may confirm but may have only been on later model)
climate control
vz is just like an updated vy so in most cases all the software errors and comon problems should be fixed.

Thanks for nothing Peanuts Inc. I presumed that it was better, but I was after specifics, such as NAF33N has suggested above and whether the price premium was worth it.

well I reckon the VY looks tougher in the front, where the VZ has a softer touch. But I would buy a VZ myself, espeically with the LS2 6.OL V8.
