So I was at my mates and he said go on drop a burnout in my backyard.

Anyway......... got it warmed up. power on, traction control off. held my foot allt he way down on the brake and all I got was a shudder/vibrating noise. staying at 1250rpm or so (flat foot accelerator).

It was the same with traction control on. The car loses traction if you just plant your foot down and the wheels will spin.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Maybe this is a sign that my car wants me to stop hurting her

a bout 2 weeks ago I did have an ABS fault that came on from a little circle work at a mates property, traction control wouldn't turn on, then when I got home and turned the car off and on it was the same (abs fault, traction control off) then the next day when I woke up I turned it on and it was back to normal. Maybe that had something to do with it

did you lock the trans in 1st?

Do you have really good back pads?

You could try a few revs in neutral and drop it into gear, not too many, maybe 1500 - 2000

The abs warning is normal for skids, i cant remember exactly why but i read somewhere online that its ok so it must be true, mine comes on too while I'm doing skids. Is it like diff shudder? Try again and go easy on the brake I reckon... Good luck.

That's normal, I did the same in my vy ss before tune and felt like an idiot lol. After that I got a mafless tune and the smoke began. It has to do with torque management

what do you mean it shudders?
As in Missing?

If its missing while trying to do a burnout (under load) its usually coil packs or leads.
