vz oil leak help

Hi guys,
I just noticed that there is some oil leaking from a seal. I usually do oil changing myself and most of the service. Does anyone know how much it will cost if i get it done from a car mechanic.View attachment 97290

Oil is leaking from back of this pulley. I have no idea how much it costs and if is easy to do at home ?

Isnt that the water pump?

Well not sure . But i can see oil dripping down from the backside of that pulley
