Vz sv6 won't go past 4k revs.

so having problems with my vz, if I am in neutral it won't go past 4k revs, what do you guys think it could be? Injectors, sensors, maf?

OH REALLY? it has issues accelerating up hills so I thought I might have been onto something with the 4k revs

Its called a limiter to protect your engine, If your car struggling on hills then you must have bad plugs or a bad coil, plug it in to see if any codes come up.
