finally got it back.

so it went into the mechanics to have a good once over and so forth.
find out the old man also said some other things he thought were wrong.
they were wrong but it worked fine.

so now I have steering lock and the left indicator now always turns off after making a left turn instead of sometimes having to manual put the indicator back to the neutral point.
and now I have to use a different key if I want to deadlock the car *sigh*

now need to sort out a few things, like the door lock to the same as the ignition
and a few other odds and ends.

and this is why I cant have nice things!
