What order do the VX variants go in?

I'm comfortable with the Executive>Berlina>Calais progression, but where do model variants like Acclaim, Lumina and Equipe fit in? What's the full list of Commodore variants in order?

The acclaim, lumina and equipe are just add on packs on an executive I believe. These cars would have started out as an executive and had extra bits added on. I have a vx equipe and it has power windows, body coloured side mirrors, a rear boot wing, wider body coloured door strips, chrome exhaust tip, factory tow bar and different seat material. All these things were options on an executive but came from the factory on mine. Same for the acclaim and lumina only different options. Hope this helps.

Ahhh, ok I get it now. That explains why my husband's Acclaim is like a tarted up Exec.
