My 15000k old 304 with Crane 286, twin exhaust, Torquer manifold and Hei made 132rwkw Max!! But that is through a 5 speed truck box, offset transfer case, truck diff and 33inch tyres......

how does that run on gas? alright?

just had my 304 dynoes. it came out with 186rwkw. Its got a tune, new pod system, and cam and lifters. its only a mild cam. like a crane 260.And all thats with a stock exhaust

I reckon youd get around the 180 mark at least. Im getting 2.5 inch zorst and pacies after christmas. I'm sure that will unload a few extra ponies.

Anyone know somewhere good to get my heads ported? In Melbourne

My 5.7 with Pod/CAI, Extractors,High flow cat's, twin 3" system ran a best of 193rwkw.......

im gonna get dynoed again. but thats what it came up with.

Autos gone now as well.

Whats a good auto to put in rather than get a rebuild?

I would have been suprised myself if it could make more than 170 on that combo even with a really good exhaust but you never know!. You would expect 165 to be more like it

i have a crane 260 or similar and i wish i had 186rwkw . i should get it dynoed to see what i actually am running, but i think it's about 130-140rwkw

Yeh, go get it dynoed Levymetal, make sure you get it dynoed with it on petrol with the gas ring removed aswell as on gas though....I want to see just how restrictive that piece of **** is
