Whats a good size rim?

Hey guys, just bought my first VS commodore ute and looking at changing the rims and tyres on it, whats size rim fits snug on them? dont know much about them yet so i thought id just ask. thanks!!

Ive got 17 235s on mine atm. Im gonna try my old rims on the back this week 19 245's. I think ill be pushing my luck and it will scrub badly. Fronts should be ok from what i can gather. But from what ive read on here 245s are too big for the rear of a vs ute. Ill let you know

Stick with 17" diameter wheels, 8" rim with 235/17 tyres.

^This, or 18x8s with 235/40s if you want more shiny and less black. IMO 19s and over on VN-VS make them look like roller skates.

not only that anything over 18's makes it ride like crap

All of these measurements and tyre sizes are useless without both the width and offset.
