Is it tuned or stock?
I was running 95 on stock, then switched to 98 after tune.

Use whatever is recommended by Holden. I believe that by using 95/98 octane it will keep your fuel and combustion systems much cleaner. I also find that the engine stays a lot cleaner over the 5,000 km between changes. Some people claim improved fuel economy although that's not my experience.

No need to use 98 if your car isn't tuned for it. 95 will be fine.

Would'nt be using e10, but I used to. Go with 95 on most occasions, but run a tank of 98 through about once a month. It'll stop any carbon buildup around the valves and keep it running efficiently.

e10 is no good, minimum 95
hand book has the min rating
which I think may be 91 but they
reccommend 95/96 for better performance.

I could be wrong, sounds like your on the
right track anyway
