Long story short, broken and dislocated left arm, I now have 4 large screws holding the arm together and spending a lot of time at the physio trying to get the arm moving again. Unfortunately I'm left handed and it's my left arm so I'm fairly screwed until I get it working properly again.

popped my shoulder out a couple years ago , frikkin hurt , as did the broken ribs , all in the line of duty .

I'm sympathetic to your pain with the shoulder. Did mine as a kid playing league. Apparently skinny white kids arnt meant to fly in and try and hammer big island kids lol. One of the most painful things i've ever experienced was pulling rib cartilage during pre season cricket train in the middle of winter. Bloody painful once i had cooled down.

I've found the Physio treatment to be about the most painful after possibly the initial injury but then apparently my physio is a sadist and has a reputation for inflicting pain.

Waiting almost and hour with a broken and dislocated arm, soaking wet out in the weather wasn't very comfortable either though.
