deXtrous, That's a slightly different question... But It still varies brand to brand. And definitely component to component. Stage 1-3 of shift kitting an auto for example, involves some same and some different parts. Stage 1-3 cam installation is exactly the same process, just a different cam.
I guess if you're in a mad drift spec mood, you could call a 2" exhaust a stage 1, 2.5" stage 2... etc.
