yea i havent noticed it but will for sure listen for it now mine did a very sloppy start one morning and nearly wanted to die when i was reversing out of the garage. also when i seem to turn right around bends the car seems to have a slight strungle that is not hugely noticable but i feel the difference
You will also notice that you can try to engage the starter motor with the engine running and nothing will happen. The new Cruze does it too,it's because the cars use a "Power Moding" ignition system, rather than a normal starter circuit.
yeh if you turn the key to start it, you dont have to hold it their till it kicks over, just go clock wise for a split second and let go it will kick over...
other people (read; car makers) lean on it a bright idea and call it "smart start system" but they use a push button instead. Had my omega for nearly 2 years before i accidentally worked out it did it.
i guess its just the starter relay in the fuse box under hood , is it possible that we can replace the starter relay with the new one and may be it starts with just one click .
