They take very seriously the talking of illegal acts on here! Its all good and well saying 'private road' but just think what would happen if the media got hold of such a thing. You'd bring the site down with your stupid attempt to cover what really happened.

You don't. Your arguing on an internet forum that something you claim to have done was legal. We both know its not, so no proof will ever surface from you! Whatever excuse you use!

untill you are able to prove that it was infact on private road, then the infraction will stand.

moderators use the judgement on what is right and what is wrong. there is one thing that is stipulated quite heavily within the moderator team and that is displays of illegal behavour. this includes burnouts, drifting and speeding on roads other than those that are on a track or on a private bituman or dirt road.

so untill you can prove it was a private road then the infraction will stand.
