Thanks to this post I just saved almost $500 a year on insurance!

I thought I was getting a pretty good deal with one of the large mobs, using multi policy discount. I shopped around after seeing the poll results here.

I have now switched to AAMI. $595 a year for my Senator. Not to bad at all! I was paying $1080.

Has anyone gone with ecarinsurance and had to actually make a claim? I agree they are way to cheap. $285! I had them calling me 10 minutes after doing the online quote. I hate that! They just seemed far to cheap to go with. It just didn't sound right.

So AAMI are happy to insure HSV's to a 28 year old but not a stock standard. S/C VS Calais to a 28 year old. Just did an online quote and they want $1820... and thats with a 60% NCB!!! Currently paying $760 with ING and thats with agreed value.

 My dad recons all the cars we get from him come with a UFUF warranty "U **** it U Fix it" never heard that one before!

I don't think that will stand up in a court of law :whistling

Unfortunately, forced induction of any kind is something insurance companies HATE!

Atm Suncorp pretty much own me, I work for them, bank with them and have my insurance with them (only cuz of the discount) I have full comp with an agreed value of 14000 (before I put mods on) and I pay $60 per month thats including the 15% loading..

I don't have too many mods yet.. Just the exhaust and mags but if I get more I will have a fixed excess & bla bla bla... I am going to go to shannons when I do more mods to my car, but for now it is fine with suncorp
