Well considering that lady who killed someone for the second time only got a suspended jail sentence and 18 months disqualification, this guy should be sweet with maybe 6months licence suspension?

oh but he is male and drove a performance car, he will get the book thrown at him.....

What a bloody joke, she didn't even spend a day in jail (was suspended after she appealed).

Eye for an eye time! And to think, she'll be back on the road in 18 months, ready to kill again.

Speculation eh? POLICE report said the cause of the accident was loss of control by driver in the VK, his actions caused him to be arse ended by a car traveling in the wrong direction.

Hardly speculation when it comes from the police website.

So how about you stop telling people to shut the **** up...

And the police are never wrong? They're just people too.

My first collision a TMU Officer (togie) rocked up, blamed me for running a red light in the dry. If you look at my collision pictures there was no way for the collision to involve me running a red at that intersection. Also there was water all over the road in the picture. Went to court, was cheaper to plead guilty, the law system doesn't work here in Aus. Dont know if the togie was bribed or was just plain stupid, or just saw P plates and pinned it on the P Plater.

Dont believe everything you read. Even official reports. Question everything.
