Hi,

I've been looking around but can't seem to find which cat back system will fit my WL V6?

I can find parts listed for WH-WL 5.7/6.0Ls, for WH-WK V6, but not the alloytec V6 190 WL?

I don't wanna buy one for a VZ Calais because the Calais is a shorter wheelbase. The WH-WK V6 is a single cat, I've looked under and the WL V6 is dual cat and both pipes fuse into one at the muffler.
It looks like the V8 system on WH-WL,
Can someone confirm this or what body type fits the WL (such as wagon/ute)?

Thanks

A system from the 5.7 v8 will fit as the flanges to the cat pipes are in a v shape, the 6.0 litre exhaust has straight pipes with flanges and will not fit, this is all for the sedan i can't tell you if it's the same for the long wheelbase

So I'm after a 5.7L system for a wagon/ute?
Can you confirm that 100%?

The only difference would be the length of the tail pipes. The ute and wagon has a smaller rear bumper so the pipes won't stick out as far, but apart from that, yes, it will fit.

I just got a system from bestmufflers.com.au, was a xforce and for a 5.7. They told me the system is a mixture of wagon/ute centre section, and sedan rear section. Mine fitted just fine, would assume the same applys to a 6 aswell....not sure about other brands though

The system for a ute and wagon will go on. If you are using a twin system, the rear muffler between sedan, wagon and ute are different. Only the tips though. Sedans are offset, wagons and utes are even. The Statesman has a slightly longer tail pipe as well because of the size of the bumper.
