traffic fines should be proportional to wages.

fining some there weeks work or more is not proportional to fining someone for a days work or an hours work, when its the same

the way i see it when your fined its how much of your time is being wasted, ( time-money )

Not always. Some people who have lots of money are total scrooges and begrudge parting with their money. Even those who are not tight as don't pass over cash for fines without complaining about handing over cash for a fine. I know such people.
