Not always. Some people who have lots of money are total scrooges and begrudge parting with their money. Even those who are not tight as don't pass over cash for fines without complaining about handing over cash for a fine. I know such people.

allways take it to court, never pay a fine it's cheaper that way.

lol stupid idea, Well to be honest if im on the freeway and a guy in a lambo flies past me I wouldn't give a crap...... 1. The car looks and sounds insane 2. Im sure an exotic car is built to handle 140-150+ a million times better then a vn commodore

So whats the point? its illegal either way but if your going to fine people different rates, fine people on how safe there car is
e.g 5 star ancap rating is cheaper then 2star........ Still a stupid idea but better then fining people on how much there worth....

^^ 5 Star ANCAP cars would tend to be more expensive to buy than the lower rated/older ones overall...
