Have checked the sensors with ohm meter and all ok may use scope later also maped out rest of wires and all are connected including the one to the diag connector so at this time beer oclock I will give it a rest and in the morning change back to the spare unit for another comparison. Who wants a cheap DUNNYDOOR

i have the same thing with the x in my left window.

Only thing is i dont have climate control i installed into an 'S' pack..

Try disconnecting the battery earth for a few mins and reconnect it, you may have to reset the stereo code. Otherwise check wiring to all sensors including outside temp if u have it

IT WORKS at last. Many thanks to kopper69 and the ABS fault codes. Also moose man.
1st replacement unit had code 45 &46 LHF inlet & outlet solenoid fail.
2nd unit also showed code 46 but when cleared all works, great to have country roads with dirt edges to check ABS & TRAC Control.
Thanks to all and enjoy motoring.
I am going back to the Jensen, NO ELECTRONICS JUST The Prince Of Darkness.
