VS SS 5.0ltr
xr8 ute manual vs VS SS manual sedan pretty much dead even pulls together.
My car spun 2nd and he was next to me then i pull a little bit more chirp 3rd stay dead even.

Was a real close race xr8 ran a 15.1 @ 99mph on the strip let the tyres down pulled a 14.89 pass pretty good yeh?

What power would we be making? is that good for what cars we own should be faster or slower.

My ss has been enhanced to 185kw if it happens like this?? with CAI, hsv memcal, extractors and a 3inch mandrell bent exhaust. Xr8 is 185kw stock and has more torque and think is lighter also running similar upgrades.

put some gears in that vs ss and you will improve ya car so much. not bad but ya need more internal work to match the torque of the ford....

Sports Clutch is something else to think about

my car just spins the wheels trying to launch :(

like i said to you before Andrew, i reckon you'd do a 14.6-7 at the moment,

if you wanted to get abit more performance, turn your dissy another 2deg (12deg static timing) should be worth atleast 5-10 @ the treads

if you go with the wade 818 ill send you a tune :p

my advice is spend the extra time and get the comp raised when you do cam..
