I called my local holden and they wanted $30 I think to get it.

What a rip... $30 for the privilege of getting 4 numbers to use a cheapo $50 stereo which is installed your own property? No wonder dealers are called stealers.

They may not have it.
when trying to get codes for Bcms, radios its a real hassle now because holden have switched to a new system, they had a perfectly good one in which anyone from holden could look up a vin and find the codes for it. but being holden this wasnt good enough -.-..


the have now switched to a "more secure" way in which only 3 people at a dealership can have access to the codes. not only that but if the code isnt on the system yet (still all being put on) then its a bigger hassle as the dealership manager needs to call up and get the code on the phone.


holden should of really finished the new system before deleting the old one.... but noooooo

^ This is true which is why i said I might be able to acquire it not a 100% thing haha.

Because of the new system it always never shows outlook for any back orders.. Annoys myself and customers when you can't figure out how long a backorder will take to come in, even if VOR'd.

Try your warranty person they should be able to get it.
Also if you pull the radio out doesn`t it have the number on it ?????????????????
