Well.....just as I thought. The V8 Supercars seem, at the moment anyway to be the most popular followed by Drag racing.

IMHO drifting is lame. I acknowledge the skill it takes to be good at it, however it goes against pretty much everything being a good race car driver means to me.

its just skilled idiosy, heaps of hot chicks at the events tho !

and when the f@#k is someone gonna turn up to a drift event, with a big block and a dirty great 8-71 sticking out of the bonnet and show those jappas how to really smoke it, it might be a bit of a handfull but what a show:)

Mine was MotoGP, but with no Aussie in it now I don't think it will be the same. My next would be F1, & even though I have a V8 I've never been interested in V8 Supercars and the whole Holden/Ford bullshyte

yup, I second that
I can't get enough of watching what is essentially modified street cars laying down laps
I've been out a few times in the VH, got plenty to learn but hell it's fun & I'm hooked. I shaved a second off my personal best at Lakeside earlier this year (second time out) Just got to find the $$ to get out more often
