does anyone know what was changed in the various vr v6 ecu's? I have a few ecu's eg bmza, blcb & bk?? Cant see the other letters on the bk ecu. The bmza seems to have different shift points and tcc doesnt engage untill aprrox 105km/h. It also seems alot crisper in accel than the other two.. Blcb & bk?? Run fine but just arent up to the bmza. And no the bmza ecu is standard not chipped as i have 2 of them and they both perform th same. So can anyone confirm what parameters where changed throughout the vr model run.. Cheers ash

thanks delco, so using that ecu in an early vr, the tcc wont lock up? Would using it cause any damage?

See what Delcowizzid comes back with but I think that the extra solenoid is a bleed to soften the apply rate of the TCC. Previously, it was either on or off only i.e. it might still work but it may throw a code.
