Help!!!! Immobiliser problems

Does anyone know how to reactivate the immobiliser. The key has been replaced but the car won't start and the keyless entry won't work. Will the car have to be taken to an holden dealer, scared this is going to cost a fortune!!!!!

It's the standard Holden immobiliser

I had this happen on my vs, and tried clutch startn it, worked fine. So I assume the immobiliser only stops power going to the starter.Can anyone comment more on this??

Got the new key programmed at mr minute and he said it should be no problem but the power is just not getting to the starter motor. If you leave the key in the on position for an hour it overides the immobiliser but if you turn the car off it won't u leave start again unless you leave it in there for another hour.

the key programming is wrong, get a new key & get it programmed correctly by a dealer

When you got the key did they give you the programing procedure for it?
When i got mine for my VT i could not touch it until i went through a sequence to program it, he said if i touched the buttons before i did it i would stuff it up and need to take it back.
