VS V8 wont start

hi guys, having problems with starting the ute. Am getting no spark and have checked the coil and ignition module. Any ideas on where to go next or what the problem maybe? thanks.

Assuming the battery is OK it could be a problem with the key.

Try lightly scuffing the contact point on the key and the metal strip on the ignition barrel.

Alternativley, be prepared to fork out about $100 for a new key.

I thought if the key or barrel were stuffed, the engine wouldn't even turn over. Kind of like leaving your auto in gear and trying to start. Correct me if i'm wrong.
