hey all
jus performed this test on my VS calais, and got the codes:
Code 23 - Mass Air Temp Sensor (MAT) high voltage
Code 32 - Manifold Air Flow Sensor

any advice on how to fix these would be great, thankyou

i just checked mine, and got code 68 - auto trans component slipping.

so i guess ill check the fluid first, any other ideas?

Eh hi guys
Im a noob here but i would like some help please.
My modified super 6 VS Calais throws up the engine light once in a while.
so i gave the diagnostic trick a go and i got these fault codes
21:-Throttle Body High Voltage
32:-Manifold Air Pressure
46:-No reference signal when cranking
76:-Air/Fuel variation between left/right bank
i highlighted the ones that I dont think relate to the mods, and i dont know what they really mean...the googles, they do nothing
she seems to drive normal, with nothing odd, though the trans acts weird (might be because of the 3.7 diff, but ill get that looked at later)

so yeah, help would be appreciated:bow:

Lol I used the black wire in that loom for my negative to my LEDs, I guess Ill just attach some more wire to try this, lol I knew using the ground wire from that loom would backfire on me oh well.

nothing screams out 'trouble' to me there, but the error46 may indicate your Crank sensor is headed out.

So I'd just be mindful of any start-up problems developing, like cranking for longer before starting, or taking a couple of goes to start instead of starting first time, or engine cutting out- if these symptoms become a problem, replace sensor.

what sort of air intake you running? standard or cold air or pod?
is it 'chipped' with one of those resistors?
how is the engine running?

first up, you might want to
1. check earthing and check wiring to the sensors indicated.
2. check your air filter, it may need cleaning or replacing
3. if after youve done the above, and purged the code memory, (then drive it for a few days) check the codes again and if you still get these errors coming up then, you may be looking at replacing either or both sensors in the near future, however, if its running well, I wouldnt worry too much about the results at this stage. Just be mindful of a drop in performance, or decrease in fuel economy- if this happens, or has recently happened, best replace them.

PS. if your air-intake is modded in any way, your may get bogus signals.
