Not that i know of, however i do hear that Victorian Police may be doing a crack down on "done up cars" to try take "hoons" off the road.

Why blame police? Police dont write laws and legislation, they are tasked to enforce them, alot of which they dont agree with. I dont see the need for specific hoon legislation. Hoons can be policed using the same traffic laws as everyone Habitual offenders get dealt with like everyone else, but as we said before it all comes down to driver training.

You enforce the laws. In many coases it is a police commissionar who approves the legislation. If police disagree with the laws as a whole, stand up to the govco for the people who PAY YOU and say we will not do it.

Fat chance of looking after those who pay your wages though eh?
