can someone inform me why tuna is so good for weights and general wellbeing?
Simple if you look at the nutritional info.
100g will on average have the following:
Calories - 125
Fat - 1.1g
NO TRANS FAT
NO CARBS
Protien: 25g

Good stuff, yeah don't go too heavy too quickly.

Deadlifts and squats I went gungho into and did my back a couple of times.

I can now comfortably squat 100kg, but yeah work your way up to it.
Yeah 50kg I can do a solid 3 sets of 10 reps. Any more and I either struggle to get all 30 reps out or end up using poor form to finish.

Well, time for me to hit the gym again since it's getting cold.

Did a session tonight to "wake up" my muscles.

Start point:
95.1kg @ 18.5% Fat or so my scales tell me.

Goal:
100kg @ <10% Fat by next Spring.

Dietary plan:
Sub all red meat with Kangaroo meat, up my pasta intake, decrease beer intake lol.

Kangaroo meant = AWESOME

Up your pasta intake? I'd go brown rice and sweet potato for simple carb intake, pasta's quite starchy like white potato's

Yeah, I love kanga meat... I always BBQ them... amazing.

But now I've convinced my wife to make a complete switch to it. Though I may struggle to find kangaroo roasts... :(

I say pasta because I love pasta and there is always pasta in the house so it's easy while brown rice and sweet potatoe would be something I need to get especially.

Soo me lately...

Breakfast = 1/2 cup traditional oats, 3/4 Cup skim milk, 1tsp Honey, 1 Banana.

*Morning Cardio Here* (Switching it from a 2-4km walk, To 2min sprint, 2min walk, rinse & repeat x10)

Morning tea = Apple/Banana & Handful of nuts (No Homo)

Lunch = 4rye Cruskets, 95g Tin tuna, 4tbsp Low fat Cottage Cheese

*Gym Sesh* (Depending on day, Shoulders, Tri's, Back, Bi's, legs)

After gym shake with skim milk

Dinner = 100g Fresh salmon, 4tbsp low fat cottage cheese, 2tbsp lite sweet chilli sauce. An on the side some basic veggies.

Have been drinking 2litres of water & 2litres of green tea a day.

If i can feel the body craving, I hit up some lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber & lemon juice for a basic salad.

--
Feeling a lot more refreshed and pumped during workouts,
I also started taking fish-oil tablets & vitamin D. A long with some zinc.

I just thought I'd make a legit post in here.

Cheers
Mat
