Apparently Chinese satellites have spotted more "objects" close to the location of possible debris spotted last week.

Looks like this search is going to be ramping up for a while yet.

is it simply because the media are only reporting on the Australian search area or are they just really sure it's down here somewhere and not in the northern search area?

I think based on evidence the southern search area is more likely (based purely on the possible debris found in the vicinity of the most likely southern route) unless you want to search the northern area if you want to believe some of the conspiracy theories floating around.

until something is found , I think the families may struggle to find some closure , also being being told the news via text , ??, WTF .
