Magnum "fastest ute ever"??

A dealer has a used Magnum for sale with the following claim:
*Fastest ute around the Nurburgring race track ever!*
I am not aware that GMH took a Magnum there - it would be too expensive for just 240 of them. I know that a Redline ute went around 5 years ago under 8m20s. Presumably the LS3 would shave a fraction off that time.
But what about the suspension? The Magnum did not get magnetic dampers, like the MSE and Director.

Holden & HSV were going to share the cost and send a W1 sedan and MY17 Redline Ute to lap the Nurburging, but HSV backed out which meant 100% cost onto Holden and the bean counters won. Would of been interesting to see the times they could of achieved.
