In this day and age online bullying may be regarded as a criminal offence.

With all due respect, I find it difficult to understand how you could see it as bullying.
Yes, it could be said I was the main instigator in bringing out his nasty responses, but bullying I find difficult to fathom....The majority of responses coming from him were totally left of field and a lot of backflipping trying to cover his tracks, when caught out on blatant lies...His final coupe of posts, well just out there....Bringing up his heritage quite un necessarily and using it unnecessarily
He also said a few degrotriatory things about myself and my wife.....Yeah, in this day and age, that could have been classed as defaming, but did you see me threatening legal action? To me, it showed he didn't comprehend things and was trying to deflect his actions away from himself.
Hopefully things calm down here now....And just for the record, the moderators have messaged me about my responses and told me to behave...They also banned me for a week.....So they may not have said alot on the open forum as to what they were doing, but they did via messages, as far as I was concerned
