They look pretty normal. Although the nose bit where the spark jumps across looks a bit pointy.

Ok thanks. I'm gonna guess the gap is normal. Massive as I'm used to setting plugs to 0.03. I have feeler guages but reckon I'll need a tap measure to measure these...

Boy is def seeing things. All plugs out so can turn by balancer nut easy enough.

I see no 'chunk' missing... ... but them there clunks don't sound too good hey...

On listening to that noise, when you revved the engine and turned it manually, it sounded like something was loose or not spinning on its axis properly. As you revved the engine, it definitely sounds like it rattles. And when you turn it by hand, same again only not as accentuated.

get some TR6 plugs and put them in leave gap as they come is fine for petrol

The plugs could do with replacing, they're old, but the electrodes are normal for Iridium plugs.
As @07GTS suggested, try TR6's and replace them more often.

Good thing about the TR6 is they are a slightly cooler plug than the Delco iridium's. My tuner said to use TR6 and told me not to fit the Delco ones I bought.
