GM part numbers:
4 piston left rear caliper in silver with V logo off CTS-V is 89047742 (manufacturer part is 172-2309)
Right rear is 89047743 (172-2308)
Rear caliper genuine pin kit is AC Delco 18K1970X (one kit does both calipers) about $14 usd today
Rear caliper bolts 4 bolts needed is 92139080 (can be bought from any holden dealer about $11 each)
PADS: I use Hawk HPS - part number HB194F.570 - can be bought from amazon.
DBA discs: Brakes Direct/GSL Rallysport (same company) and order DBA part numbers 42031BS (left) and 42031AS (right). These are the correct size custom rears 355x26 that means the pads do not need to be trimmed to fit correctly. They are $250 a piece and worth every cent.
Standard brake lines can be used on the rear brembo caliper, the only mod required is trimming about 20mm off from around the outside of the rear dust shield as it has a lip on it that will sit against the bigger rear disc and has to go.
That's it I think.
