I paid 200 for the cam and a new set of lifters from a mate, did all the work myself.. and well its got a super lumpy idle for such a small cam, it got a power band of about 2500 to 5500 roughly and when the cam kicks in u can feel the difference. The car was already quick for what it was before it came off the road and i then had a gemini so when i put the cam in it felt really fast anyway haha. but i'd say its worth it, but i wouldnt pay the money a shop would charge you to do it..
