Ok, sorry, no pics at the moment, i didnt have a camera handy when i did this, but i will do it again sometime soo just to get some pics.

Before you start all information here is a guide only, and i do not take responsibility for any damage caused by you while following this guide.
I do not reccomend you attempt this yourself if you do not have a basic understanding of cars and use of hand tools.

Tools needed
10mm open ended/ring spanner
10mm 1/4' drive socket
1/4 drive extension
1/4 drive ratchet
5mm hex key
Flat head screwdriver

If need be you could use 3/8 drive instead of 1/4, or you could do it all without a socket, just makes it easier tho.

1. Lift the bonnet (Duh)
2. De-pressurise fuel system.
Start the engine, then remove the cover from the fuse box in the engine
bay and remove the 15A fuel pump fuse, then wait for car to stall, then
turn off ignition
3. Remove the Engine covers
There are 2 allen key bolts in each of the side covers, just unscrew them,
and the front one is held on by a 10mm nut underneath it, just make sure
the engine is not running, feel underneath, and its about the middle of it.
4. Remove the throttle bracket, and the Cable
Just 3 10mm bolts, remove these, then you can just work the cable out of
the throttle.
5. Front fuel rail pipe
A 10mm bolt holding the retainer in on each side, remove these, then you
can pull the pipe out towards you, there will be a green o ring on each
end of the pipe - dont loose these.
6. Fuel lines.
Undo the clamp holding the fuel lines on the end of the fuel rails at the
back of the engine, then just pull them off.
7. Fuel rails.
These are held on by 2 10mm bolts at either end of the rail, once you
remove these, unplug the injectors, and then you jiggle up the rails and
injectors out of the manifold and viola, you have the injectors out.
8. Injectors.
These are just held into the fuel rail by a little clip on each injector, just
remove it, then pull the injector out of the fuel rail and your done.

Instalation in a reversal of the removal with attention to the following.
Make sure injectors go in the manifold evenly
Place the green o rings for the fuel pipe in the rails b4 you put the pipe in, will make it heaps easier
tighten all the fuel lines well, and once all bak together, turn the key on, then wait till the fuel pump stops, off and back on again, do this a few times b4 you start the car just to prime the fuel system and make starting a litlle easier
once car is running, check for fuel leaks at all places that were disconnected, fuel lines, rail pipe, each injector boss, and your done!

When you put the injectors back in you should change them if they are stuffed and use a small smear of O-Ring Lubricant on the O Rings to stop them binding when they go in

Also Clean the holes where the injectors sit in the manifold thoroughly before reinstalling the injectors.

Yeah, thanks for that, i was assuming that if you are gonna be takin em out, it is to have them cleaned, where they should be replacing the o rings anywyas, and yeah, if you dont have oring lube, a bit of vaseline, ober grease, or even a spray of wd40 would do the trick
