Cheers mate much appreciated the fuel pump change went without a hitch although I'm not sure the gauge is completely accurate anymore. I've got the crank angle sensor to change this weekend and will order the oxy sensors tonight off eBay. Thanks again for the help makes it much easier :)

I was just going to do the CAS to start with I thought maybe the oxy code was due to them constantly reading incorrect mixtures caused by the CAS. But you're right they are old I'll just do them while I'm at it at least then I won't have to worry about them for a while.

Gidday just a quick update if anyone is interested. I had the car on a scan tool last night and a code for the CAS and also one for the oxy sensors was logged.

Ok thanks I'll do that I've organised to hook it up to a scan tool tonight (for the cost of a couple stubbies lol) so I'll see if I can do that at the same time.

Yep exhaust is pretty black the car does mostly highway ks about 60 per day on average. When its idling its slightly rough and there is a constant vapour from the exaust thats not steam plus a slight unburnt fuel smell too. I'll get those done as well thanks I'd been wondering which brand to get.

Yep the top one is a vx/vt s2 stalk and the bottom vy the connections are different so you need to rewire it to work. The wiring diagrams are on here somewhere, once that's done the vy stalk should just clip straight on. Its the same with the wiper one too if you want to change that.
