    Cheers for that...no I had replaced the bushes. So anyway today I managed to grease up everthing around the bushes and brackets. I think there was more grease then bush by the time i finished. Put it all back together done up tight and still got the creaks on turns. Double checked i had right...

    Would be interesting to see if he is in the VT section of the forum asking the same question about his car. In all honesty, I would be ringing around a few places (engineers, RACQ etc) to see if what they are suggesting to fix it meets the criteria of returning the car back to a safe state...

    Sorry, but also my car didn't nearly look as bad as that either when it was classed as a repairable write off. The rules for repairable write off and non repairable are crazy. The same panel beater had a 2013 VE Commodore Sedan written off because fresh water entered just over the bottom door...

    Actually I also just realised that I only greased the inside of the sway bar bushes. and not inbetween the bush and the bracket. :(
