Black X - Yeah i realised that after i made this thread, Pretty **** that it's advertised every where but not clearly mentioned that Utes don't get it!
Phil the shearer - If I was to buy all over again I'd go for the ssv purely for the fact that the titanium calais interior looks amazing but makes me too paranoid! haha although the HUD is a really nice feature to have.
SS-REX - Sadly the next for this beast was an ad putting it up for sale...
I do mostly hwy but my L/100 is usually around 15L per 100 with a little punch here and there taking off or overtaking.
I get about 450ks a tank but could easily get 500 or just over.
You can airbag it, or you can put some Heavy Duty lowered springs in. From what i have seen though the car will still sag a little in the rear under towing.
Cheers rex! i would really love to slam it but am paranoid about it loosening up like my old ute, when i'm not driving it as much i think i'll bite the bullet and do it though!
i liked the second set of wheels too but ve/vf on 19s just looks outta place i reckon.
BTW Love the sig! haha good saying
the utes have slightly different rear hangars but can still go on, my walky catback was for a VE and went on. The headers from what i understand don't fit from VE though.. anyone confirm this?
spend the extra $$$ and go for full system, unbelievable roar and you will not regret it.
i have hurricane 1 3/4" headers with a twin 3" walkinshaw s/s cat back and have only the slightest drone at 80km/h in 6th gear.
i have sound clips in my ride thread if you wanna see.
Hey everyone! first time on JC forums, thought I'd share my baby with you all :yeah:
