Hi, Does anyone know of any places that will cut a spare key? Plus, get the actual key fixed?

I've got a 2000 Holden Vectra with that snowflake button on it (the Opel one) and was told not to touch it.

Only got the car Saturday (31st of May) and it has a one year warranty on it. The car has low k's on it (just over 89,000 for a car it's age). I can't take it there myself as I'm a learner driver and only day I can take it is on a Saturday.
