Would everyone say it's better to be insured for a specific price rather than 'market value'?

Happens to me every now and again. Hasn't happened for a couple of months now though. It didn't change steering and immediately went away after restarting the car.

Mine did the EXACT same thing man, I couldn't get it out either. Mate at work helped me, literally just used some multi grips and a flathead screwdriver and got it out.

Sorry to hijack but I have a question. With the amount of lifter issues in the VF SS, is there anything you can do to avoid it happening (SELL UP) or is it just a ticking time bomb waiting to see if it happens to you or not?

Is it a big difference? I'm not supporting them or vouching either btw, just stating some places I've heard good things. I haven't had any work done yet, still trying to figure out what place I want to go to.

I've read some pretty good things about them. I'm currently trying to decide between them and DPM for an upgrade package very soon.

Still don't understand why the redline title gives it such an extra price increase over a standard VF series 2 SS/SSV.

In the process of changing the bulb right now. Got the boot liner removed, bulb holder out of its spot but for the life of me cannot get the actual bulb out of the bulb holder. Any advice? Tried pulling it out pretty much as hard as I can and can’t get it to come out. Don’t want it to break...

So the small ‘brake lamp’ in my right tail light has died and according to the manual (#2 in the diagram), it is a W5WLL bulb to replace. I can’t seem to find one of these anywhere. Does anyone know where to source one or what other bulb I can put instead? Planning on upgrading to the HSV style...

Halfway through watching that vid atm. Bit weird that he just lets the coolant go everywhere in the engine bay instead of draining first is it not? Seems pretty easy though, I reckon I'll give it a go myself. Also do you think this is something that needs to be done urgently right away or can...

I'm looking at changing my lights soon, haven't done any research yet. So whenever you put any LED's into VF's, it throws codes on the dash? What's the reason for that? Sounds pretty stupid/annoying.

First 2 days with the dragon sports, they seem pretty grippy and not much road noise. Hopefully they last a while, pretty happy with the choice. Thanks for the responses.

Does anyone else think the dipstick that comes with the LS3 (dunno if it's the same for the L77) is a pretty stupid design? All the twists in the stick and then the level lines are pretty hard to read imo. Never had a car where it was so hard to push the dipstick back in as well.
