From memory. About 2 hour job.
Headline tasks:
Spark plugs -> headers -> exhaust -> driveshaft -> cooler lines -> starter motor -> TC flex plate bolts -> trans rear mount, lower rear of trans to witness bell housing bolts -> support rear of engine -> bell housing bolts with long extensions ->...
5psi is a decent kick. Agreed it's annoying but better than having both running all the time. I get a 3psi kick when my 2nd 460 kicks in. I've been leaning at one of those aftermarket controllers to replace the hobbs switch on the 2nd pump. It can take a map signal and allow you to tune the...
$95k VE Senator. S/charged by Walkinshaw for authenticity lol. I reckon he forgot to remove about $50k of covid inflation.

You guys are getting farked over. Be nearly cheaper to buy it in 200L drums from BP soon the way that price is heading. Was $2.2xL last time I filled up a couple of weeks back out here in regional Vic.
Might be worth ringing up the racetracks to see what they're charging. They're usually more...
What's the power gain between 98 and e85 on a N/A LS? Reason I ask, it is considerably more expensive to run a car on e85. You're at around $2.20ish per litre then approx 30% higher fuel consumption on-top of that.
Check the workshop manual too. No experience on your model, but other ones I've done some bolt holes are open to water and oil passages. The manual will call out thread sealer for those ones.
You also need the control switch module that is on the same trim piece as the head light switch. I don't have a definitive answer sorry. But if you're happy to burn some cash, $200 HUD, $200 switch module, $1000 windscreen (or insurance dodgy)... and a guesstimated $1000 in labour. She's a FULL...
Yeah, I'm selling some shares on Monday. Think International shares might be in for a few months of a downturn. I'm usually wrong with picking the international market, but you know, follow my gut.

Damn.
First things first, you got to check ALL your fuses, and I mean every fuse. Replace what's blown and make a note of what device it was. Then go from there.
Remove the oil filter, cut it open with tin snips (not a hacksaw or grinder). Methodically remove the filter material from the filter body. Fold it up nicely and press it in a vice to squeeze out ALL of the oil. Open up filter material and inspect. I would put money on it having bits of bearing...
Just a word of warning with the stall, see if they can build it with lock up frictions that are designed for continuous slip. Obviously the slip is tuned out, but they make the engagement a lot smoother and is much easier to tune lock up overall which will save you a few trips back and forward...
IMHO I wouldn't bother.
Presuming a "dime a dozen" aftermarket cam, a 2800 - 3500 stall will wake up the car considerably. If you're not smoking the tyres from a punch on the throttle in 3rd doing 40km/h, you will be with a stall
Before I die one of my bucket list items is I want to be as close as allowed to hear and feel a big assed rocket launch in the flesh. They sound epic with a decent set of over-head head phones on (Sony XM3).
An easy mod. 6L90 pan plus filter.
Pan 24297102
Gasket: 24226850
Filter w/ seal: 24258269 (Extended neck. Cannot use 6L80 filter!!!)
Also another easy cheap(ish) mod is to buy the 6L90 converter (twin disc) and have it cut open and re-stalled to 2800rpm. It'll wake the car up without being...
