Yep, having the exact same issue as well. Started happening after updating my iPhone 4 to OS5. It only happens for me when I try to use the scroll wheel to go between songs quickly. If I allow 4-5 seconds between scrolling to the next song it doesn't happen. Hoping there is a simple fix !

Ok, so I reset all settings in the customize menu, and then made shore that the speed limit indicator was enabled, but still no dice, I took it for a drive on a road I know displayed the speed limit previously and it still didn't appear :(

By customise settings do u mean the menu that is accessed on the dash by clicking the left thumbwheel on the steering wheel ? I did go into that menu, and the speed limit indicator was already set to "enabled" ??
