sounds like an issue with your trans, take it back to the dealer and demand it be fixed.

Guys this thread is not regarding fuel slap it's regarding driveline slap, two completely different issues!

Hey out of curiosity did you ever get this sorted? I'm also experiencing some sort of slap in the driveline mainly noticeable on take-off when foot of the go pedal then immediately back on. Mines a VF SV6 Sedan 2015 Series I

Yeah, as I said all my problems are now sorted. Didn't see an immediate change after replacement not until I did around 1000k now there's definitely a noticeable difference.

I'd get it checked out, mines all sorted they fitted a new torque converter.That did the trick. Only issue left is some slap in the driveline which they deem as normal but doesn't feel right to me so I'll probably get another opinion but from a third party. Goodluck!

thats the next port of call if nothing pans out on tuesday week when i go for a road test with Holden State Manager, this should be interesting :D

mind you ive had pedders check the suspension and they reckon all is good regarding shocks and springs, nothing out of the ordinary

Thanks for the advice, when you say a known tuner, are you referring to a transmission specialist? Paying for a second opinion is definitely no problem for me, if I have to go down that avenue I certainly will but maybe for now I should drive it for a week or so and see if this reset has made...

If that's the small tube that attaches to the throttle body housing just before the throttle body itself, that attaches to the airbox on the other end, then no I couldn't see any oil there.
